Spiritual Practice: Couch to 5k

Once again, designate a time during the day or the evening you can be alone but this time for 15 minutes.

This time bring your phone (yes, your phone). Go to the church app (First Wesleyan Chillicothe) and click on Prayer Requests.

Read through the list of people and how you can pray for them. Pray for each person.

I had just mentioned to my husband that I'm thankful that prayer requests are listed on website and I need to always remember to look at that page. Then I turned to the blog and saw that we are to prayer for those people this very day. God is so good!!

I so enjoyed today's lesson. We get so busy in our every day lives(except now) that we miss specific names and needs of people. Of course we know God knows, but he wants us to do our part and pray for others. So love my church family and soon we will all be back together.
